Hitting an Interview Homerun

The design document and storyboard were created for Company XYZ to streamline their interviewing process. Information was gathered from a Subject Matter Expert and reviewed. The analysis revealed that the company's lengthy interview process, consisting of multiple interviews and inconsistent interviewing techniques, was hindering their ability to hire top candidates due to those candidates already accepting other job offers.
